– 1 pound sushi grade ahi tuna
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon wasabi paste
– 1 teaspoon honey
– 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
– 2 green onions, thinly sliced

– 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions:
