Create a tab group for each project you’re working on
If you’re working on multiple projects at the same time, tab groups can be a great way to keep everything organized. I like to create a separate tab group for each project I’m working on. That way, I can easily switch between projects without having to search through a bunch of tabs.
Add tabs to your tab group from other apps
You can add tabs to your tab group from other apps. For example, if you’re looking at a website in the Chrome app and you want to add it to a tab group, just long-press on the tab and select “Add to tab group.”
Use tab groups to organize your tabs
If you’re like me, you have a bunch of tabs open all the time. Tab groups can be a great way to organize your tabs. For example, you could create a tab group for work-related tabs and another tab group for personal tabs.
Share tab groups with other people
If you’re working on a project with other people, you can share your tab group with them so they can see what you’re working on. To share a tab group, just long-press on the tab group and select “Share.”
Use tab groups to save battery life
If you’re using a lot of tabs, it can drain your battery. Tab groups can help you save battery life by grouping tabs together so they’re not all running in the background. To do this, just long-press on a tab group and select “Close other tabs.”
